Our story
Uzume Data was founded in 2015 by a group of analysts who had spent years inside retail, logistics and healthcare companies. We kept seeing the same pattern: organizations investing heavily in tools while the basic questions, such as how many active customers they had, still produced three different answers.
We started the firm to close that gap. Our work begins with the questions leadership actually needs answered and works backwards to the data, rather than the other way around.
How we work
Most engagements run between six and sixteen weeks. We agree on a small number of outcomes up front, share progress every week, and hand over working code, documentation and training at the end. We do not resell software and we have no referral arrangements with vendors.
Our team
Our team of fourteen includes statisticians, data engineers and former operations managers. Every client is supported by a senior lead who stays with the project from scoping to handover.
